Shipping Policy
We want your order to arrive fast and in perfect condition. Here's what to expect when you order from Tony's Italian Provisions.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Orders over $50 receive free shipping automatically — no code needed.
Delivery Time Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping At this time we ship within the United States only.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind everything in Tony's collection. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
Food & Spice Products Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns on opened spice jars or seasonings. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Kitchen Tools & Accessories Unopened kitchen tools may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged, broken, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@tonysprovisions.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
